Student Housing
Students experience IN-COMM™ education by living and participating in authentic Christian community within their core group of 30 students. Students are housed in either traditional dorm rooms, or 2/3 bedroom apartment-style dormitories. Our traditional dorm rooms become home for two students apiece, and are located in the very center of campus in historic Bergh Hall.
Bergh Hall is named for three sisters from South Dakota – Thea, Ruth, and Marjorie – who were radically transformed by the life-giving message of the cross and dedicated their lives to missionary service. In the late 1940’s the sisters left Minnesota – Thea for north India, Ruth for Guinea Bissau and Ghana, Marjorie for Liberia and Vietnam – and spent more than a combined 80 years on the mission field. The rooms are furnished with standard dorm-room furniture, including 2 twin beds and 1 desk, chair, dresser, and bookcase per student. Residents in Bergh Hall share bath/shower facilities for each floor, as well as a comfortable student commons area.

The apartment-style dorms are located in Atkins Hall.Built in the early 1940's and recently renovated, Bergh Hall is named for 3 sisters from North Dakota who committed their lives for the Kingdom as radical missionaries of the Gospel
Atkins Hall is named for Paul Atkins, a long-time missionary to Albania who gave his life on the mission field. He was a stalwart champion of the Gospel of Christ and the Word of God, who “loved not his life, unto death.” On the day that he died he rose at 4:30 a.m. and read Matthew 6:33 – “Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you.” Paul felt led to go and share the Gospel with 10 men. Upon returning home, he collapsed into his wife’s arms.
Each apartment-style dorm features a living room, kitchen, full bath, and 2/3 bedrooms.
